It is one thing to go to a ceremony and dive deep into a conjunctive experience with the Spiritworld.

It’s a whole other thing to come back into your ordinary life after a powerfully alchemical experience - and actually embody the gifts.

I believe how we approach our preparation and aftercare phases may be even more important than what happens within the ceremonial space. Because even if big shifts occur durning the ceremony and insights flood in - we don’t always recognize the value of cultivating a strong and sound vessel to digest and absorb the potent medicine we’ve received. And all that good medicine leaks out and we struggle to live into our transformations.

Having a solid container for pre/post integration is how you can make the most of your ceremony experience. It’s also how you prevent yourself from becoming addicted to “peak experiences” and chasing the medicine.

I am here to help hold you as you prepare for - and return from - your journey into the Otherworld. So you can get the most out of your journey!

EMBODIED CEREMONY : INTEGRATION BUNDLE

This bundle includes:

• 1 1hr ceremony prep session (via zoom or in-person) - ideally within a moon cycle of ceremony.

• 2 1hr post ceremony sessions (via zoom or in-person) - suggested pacing of 1x month for two months following your ceremonial experience.

• $345 (for 3 hours of session time)

AS NEEDED AFTERCARE

These sessions are a la carte, as needed:

• 1hr pre or post ceremony integration session ~ $155

• 2hr pre or post ceremony integration session ~ $270

All integration sessions can include any modalities that I work with, collaboratively navigated, and will vary depending on your specific needs and ceremonial intentions and experiences.
